Another important benefit of using BrandMuscle solutions is the constant support that we provide. We believe that simply supplying our clients with our software is not enough. BrandMuscle is always there to assist any users to ensure a positive experience and above all to ensure program success.

The main vehicle for user support is the BrandMuscle Support Center. The Support Center is staffed by professionals versed not only in BrandMuscle products and services but in the marketing goals and objectives of each of our clients.

The Support Center fields questions from a wide variety of users on a wide range of topics.

In addition to providing support to current system users, the Support Center is instrumental in training new clients during implementation. The Support Center conducts both in-person and web-based training sessions for our clients. These training sessions ensure that all users adapt to their new resource.
