CBE Technologies
Peter Cowie serves as chairman of the boards of CBE Technologies, American Direct Care, and Atavar Corporation, director of BrainShark.com and chairman of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship NFTE/New England.
Peter also co-founded Reach, the Boston based Internet incubator that provided BrandMuscle's seed funding. In addition, Peter founded Charter Systems, Inc., an enterprise IT network services company.
Peter has served in an advisory capacity for Microsoft, Novell, and Cisco Systems. In 1997, he oversaw the merger of Charter Systems, Inc. with The BISYS Group, Inc (NASDAQ: BSYS), where he served as president through January 1999.
