Heflin to Lead Finance and Operations for the Cleveland Office and Oversee Company-wide Learning and Development Programs
CHICAGO – February 16, 2016 – Brandmuscle, a leading provider of local marketing automation software and services, announced today that Kathy Heflin is rejoining the company in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Cleveland Operations. Heflin will report to Chief Executive Officer Philip Alexander and will lead operations and finance for the Cleveland office while overseeing learning and development programs for the entire company.
Heflin was the Vice President of Finance at Brandmuscle from 2001-2012, ultimately overseeing the company through its successful acquisition and merger under Brandmuscle’s former owner. Recently acquired by American Capital Equity, Brandmuscle welcomes Heflin back from The Albert M. Higley Co. where she served as Chief Financial Officer for the past three years.

Kathy is a CPA and has an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and a B.B.A. from Ohio University.
Heflin serves on the board of the American Heart Association and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
