Client Challenges
- Original client acquired – Our original client, BankOne, had a valued partnership with BrandMuscle for a few years before being acquired by JPMorgan Chase. At the time of the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase chose to maintain that partnership.
- Name conversion due to merger – When BankOne merged with Chase, they needed a way to provide their banks with appropriately branded ads and marketing materials during the transition period while some bank locations remained BankOne and others were or had already made the change to Chase.
- Produce both local and national campaigns – BankOne/Chase wanted to have the ability to create and deliver both local and national campaigns with their solution.
- Manage media – BankOne/Chase utilized advertisements from multiple agencies and needed a way to manage all of the different creative coming in from them.

- Eased the ongoing transition from BankOne to Chase – By creating a system that simplified the complex process of advertising throughout the merger of two banks, the strains of the transition were eased for all branches involved.
- Simplified the ad creation process – The BrandMuscle solution encompasses all of the bank's local and national advertising, allowing all ads to be processed through one centralized source.
- Robust use of the site – On average, users create and download 450 local ads and BrandMuscle delivers over 680 national assembly ads each month.
