Implementation – your dedicated Implementation team will lead you through a structured and documented process designed to keep your project on schedule and minimize the time and effort required by your team.

Training – your Client Service team members will work with you to develop a training program based on your organization’s needs. Training options include on-site sessions as well as live and pre-recorded webinars.

Program Marketing & User Adoption– your Client Service team will work with BrandMuscle’s experienced and highly creative marketing team to help you create launch materials and ongoing communication pieces to bolster user participation – thereby increasing your ROI.

Ongoing Program Support – your Client Service team will still be there to support you long after your marketing solution is up and running. Team members will work with your stakeholders to address any challenges and suggest solutions to make your processes more efficient. In addition, the BrandMuscle Support Center offers full-service assistance, as well as after-hours support, to address any questions you or your users may have.
