Media Planner/Buyer - Local

Description
The Local Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for working with BrandMuscle's Local Marketing Specialists to plan and purchase media space or time for clients in a variety of local media, including: Newspaper, Magazine, Radio, TV and Yellow Pages. Must have in-depth understanding of various local media options and how each supports client marketing objectives.

Under general direction, the MPLM's responsibilities include:



  • Research, negotiate and execute advertising placement in a variety of local media, including: Newspaper, Magazine, Radio, TV and Yellow Pages.
  • Analyze media placement and results to identify the most cost effective mix by market.
  • Day to day management of client media plans including execution details, budgets and accounting
  • Manages material deliver in a timely, efficient manner. Ensures all necessary forms are completed and delivered in an accurate and timely fashion

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Detail- and client service-oriented
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision
Availability to accommodate various working hours as client workload requires
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience

Description
The Local Marketing Specialist (LMS) is responsible for the coordination of client marketing programs placed through BrandMuscle's Media Center, and for sustaining an in-depth understanding of the Media Center capabilities and various local marketing tactics.

Under direct supervision, responsibilities include:



  • Working with a wide range of BrandMuscle clients (primarily via phone) to understand their immediate marketing needs
  • Identifying the best marketing solution for a wide range of clients to meet plan and budget goals
  • Working with BrandMuscle's Media Team and outside partners to answer and fulfill media requests.
  • Processing claims and associated details for media orders.
  • Ensuring that creative materials are delivered to media partners as needed
  • Recommending and taking action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and BrandMuscle
  • Interfacing with all stakeholders that will interact with the project, including end-users, media partners, internal sales, product development, graphic operations and client service teams.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives.

Requirements

  • Developing a "nurturing" process (emails, phone calls, presentations) that will maintain contact and propagate a relationship with suspects/prospects over time
  • Working closely with team members to develop leads and obtain signed contracts, while providing key input regarding the company's growth and expansion from a sales perspective
  • Generating revenue, developing and driving sales strategies and providing business solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the organization, acting as the "business face of BrandMuscle" for each prospect
  • Articulating a clear account plan to the BrandMuscle management team and partners

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree

Description
The Senior Client Service Manager (SCSM) provides exceptional service to our clients in their primary role of development and maintenance of business relationships. In addition, this individual manages the project work and supervision/coordination of the Client Service staff for project execution. Support Representative (Help Desk)

Description
The Support Representative (SR) identifies and handles client inquires in a help desk environment. The SR answers all help desk calls and supports Client Services with all aspects of help desk operations.

Hours: 11am-8pm

This position involves extensive contact with clients, with a focus on client satisfaction. Under direct supervision, the SR responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users and assists the Support Specialist with project workloads. Major focus of the SR includes:

  • Answering help desk calls for all clients on multiple web based applications
  • Responding to and processing help desk e-mails
  • Resolving basic problems while referring more complex problems to Support Specialist or Client Service Account Executive
  • Helping new users through the post-training learning and acclimation process
  • Processing data changes requested by the client
  • Retrieving and sending files to clients as neededMaintaining help desk tickets, tracking information completely and accurately
  • Interacting with client services teams on a daily basis to ensure client satisfaction
  • Providing assistance on user guides, tutorials, and quick tips to benefit the client
  • Providing support and assistance on special assignments

The SR must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities.

Requirements
College degree preferred; some college or equivalent experience required. Must have excellent phone skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced help desk environment. Strong organization and communication skills a must. Must be thoroughly computer literate and be able to learn new software products quickly.

Experience
One year of customer service, call center or help desk experience is preferred
