Description
The Client Service Manager (CSM) provides exceptional service to our clients in their primary role of development and maintenance of business relationships. The CSM also manages the execution of the major project work as the BrandMuscle solution is implemented. Exemplary client management skills are essential for success in this position.

Under general direction, the CSM's responsibilities include:

  • All aspects of implementation of the BrandMuscle solution for a variety of clients.
  • Expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management, driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client, and strategizing with clients for future business opportunities.
  • Overseeing projects of a complex nature, including assigning individual responsibilities for the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing a schedule to ensure completion of projects.
  • Interfacing with all teams impacting projects for the client, including end users, product development and client service.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
  • Recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and BrandMuscle.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives.
  • Leading and directing the work of Account Executive(s)
  • Mentoring and developing Account Executives on industry concepts, practices and procedures
  • Completing monthly client billing accurately and on time

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Management experience, coaching and mentoring skills
Internet experience a plus
Some travel required.
Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.

Experience
Three to five years ad agency account service or client side advertising management experience is preferred. Complete understanding of advertising and print production processes are also desired.

Client Service Account Executive II

Description
The Client Service Account Executive (CSAE) provides exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work between the clients and the Client Service Team as well as helping to implement the client's media strategy. The primary focus for the CSAE is the maintenance of business relationships with clients. This individual manages the execution of the specific project work for clients. The CSAE responds to and helps diagnose problems through discussion with users and assists Client Service Managers (CSMs) with project workloads. Under direct supervision, the CSAE's responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of implementation of assigned projects for a variety of clients.
  • Applying an in-depth understanding of the client's business, business rules, and business processes. The CSAE is also directly engaged in the client's business process tasks as they relate to the BrandMuscle solution.
  • Expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management, driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client.
  • Providing support and assistance to the Client Service Manager (CSM).
  • Interfacing with all areas affecting projects for the client including end users, Product Development and Client Service.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to Client Service and Product Development teams, ensuring that communication of client project status and associated issues continue to flow.
  • Recommending and taking action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and BrandMuscle.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
  • Testing for quality assurance.
  • Conducting training sessions.
  • Coaching new users through the post-training learning and acclimation process.
  • Implementing data changes requested by the client.
  • Assisting support desk with call volume and escalated calls.
  • Coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assisting CSM on client billing.

CSAEs are assigned multiple tasks, and therefore must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Internet experience a plus.
Strong organization and communication skills a must.
Some travel.
Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service required.
Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on advertising deadlines.
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.

Experience
