Description
This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 8-1pm.
BrandMuscle seeks an enthusiastic, high energy individual with a great front desk demeanor for our Administrative Receptionist (ADR) position. The candidate must be personable, poised, professional, well-spoken and able to multi-task.
Duties include cheerfully answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and general front desk management tasks. The ADR will also help to prepare for client meetings, process daily mail and take on miscellaneous administrative tasks for executive team members. The ADR's responsibilitites also include preparation of regular and express mail packages, scheduling conference rooms, ordering office/kitchen supplies, making catering arrangements for meetings, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are well-kept, and various other tasks as assigned.
The ADR will also assist with a variety of human resources projects including event planning, program development and hiring process management.
Requirements
Minimum education: High school diploma, some college preferred.
General Requirements: Impeccable business etiquette, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, pleasant phone voice and manners, strong verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience
Two years of administrative and/or reception experience is required.

Regional Sales DirectorSales & Marketing

Description
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for direct selling into a multi-state territory covering the eastern region of the United States. The RSD is a seasoned sales executive with business-to-business solution selling experience. The RSD is responsible for positively positioning BrandMuscle with prospective clients and for securing client relationships that generate ongoing revenue for the company.
The chosen candidate must possess an impeccable work ethic, a competitive drive and a high level of energy, tenacity and creativity. The role also requires strong self-direction, teamwork and personal accountability.
A broad background and experience in the advertising/marketing and/or software arena is preferred. The RSD will use his/her knowledge of these industries to sell a variety of BrandMuscle solution offerings.
In this key role with BrandMuscle, the RSD's responsibilities include:
- Developing a "nurturing" process (emails, phone calls, presentations) that will maintain contact and propagate a relationship with suspects/prospects over time
- Working closely with team members to develop leads and obtain signed contracts, while providing key input regarding the company's growth and expansion from a sales perspective
- Generating revenue, developing and driving sales strategies and providing business solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the organization, acting as the "business face of BrandMuscle" for each prospect
- Articulating a clear account plan to the BrandMuscle management team and partners
Requirements

Senior Client Service ManagerClient Service

Description
The Senior Client Service Manager (SCSM) provides exceptional service to our clients in their primary role of development and maintenance of business relationships. In addition, this individual manages the project work and supervision/coordination of the Client Service staff for project execution. Exemplary client management skills are essential for success in this position.
The SCSM's responsibilities include:
- All aspects of implementation of the BrandMuscle solution for a variety of clients.

The HRS acts as an ambassador for BrandMuscle, providing a conduit for employee communication and seeking to continuously improve employee engagement and to promote BrandMuscle as a preferred employer.
Under direct supervision, the HRS's responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for open positions
- Posting BrandMuscle positions internally and externally and keeping job boards current
- Creation and maintenance of job descriptions
- Completing background and reference checks
- Conducting new employee orientation and implementing onboarding activities
- Assisting in implementing various benefit programs

Print Production Specialist - Contract to HireMedia

Description
This is a contract-to-hire position.
The Print Production Specialist (PPS) must have 3-5 years experience in hands-on management of a variety of print production projects, including some experience with print-on-demand and direct mail production. This position requires knowledge of the print production process, including developing estimates, overseeing production, lettershop and fulfillment process, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ideal applicant is a detailed, organized self-starter who works well in a deadline-driven environment.
Under general supervision, responsibilities of the PPC include the following.
- Print Programs
- Coordinate between in-house personnel, clients and print providers.
- Obtain print quotes and making recommendations on the best combination of acceptable pricing, quality, and turnaround time from print providers.
- Supporting client program objectives, facilitating changes and helping the team meet deadlines.
- Track the progression of programs through the entire production process and work to resolve any issues or challenges that occur.
- Direct Mail:
- Acting as daily point of contact for lettershop and print providers to coordinate ongoing direct mail programs and facilitate timelines.
- Proofreading artwork for print for mail shop/print vendor to ensure accuracy.
- Coordination and maintenance of direct mail instructions and schedule details to ensure flawless execution.
- Acting as campaign liaison, interacting with various internal clients to ensure campaigns are kept on schedule and on target.
- Proactively communicating internally, before, during, and after all major programs, to gain input, build trust, and increase effectiveness.

Graphic Production CoordinatorGraphic Operations

Description
BrandMuscle is not a creative agency. However, we do employ a Graphic Operations production team to work with creative materials supplied by our clients and their creative teams.
The Graphic Operations team is responsible for the manipulation of creative materials for use within our web-based proprietary ad template technology solution. There is limited creative work involved in producing these web-based templates, prototypes or samples in response to customer and industry requirements.
The Graphic Production Coordinator is an entry-level Graphic Operations position. This position is typically paired with a Graphic Production Lead or Graphic Production Coordinator II to complete delegated Graphic Operations projects. This position reports to the Graphic Operations Manager.
Responsibilities of the Graphic Production Coordinator include:
- Creating and testing ad layouts in a proprietary layout tool (training provided) driven by geometry and customer specifications.
- Preparing images; cropping, scaling, and converting color to grayscale for use in various media types (newspaper, magazine, banner, etc.).
- Creating EPS and PostScript files from multiple layout applications.
- Preflighting creative materials; including verification of color space, resolution, bleeds, fonts, mechanical specifications, etc.
- Organizing and coordinating Graphic Operations projects as assigned. Working with Product Development and Client Service teams to coordinate all project details, schedule and integration into system.
