Go Green
We are green

BrandMuscle recognizes the importance of reducing the environmental impact on Earth. At BrandMuscle, employees have dedicated themselves to making greener decisions at work, home and within the community.

As an example, BrandMuscle joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a policy framework for the development, implementation and disclosure of sustainability principles and practices. To show its commitment to the UNGC, BrandMuscle launched a "Go Green" campaign that serves as a reminder to be environmentally friendly. Parts of the "Go Green" campaign include a weekly recycling program, lunch-and-learn information sessions, monthly homemade sustainability project competitions, frequent "green tip" e-mails, and much, much more!

Unplug your electronics. Unplug your computer, cell phone and all other electronics when they are not in use. This will cut energy usage and save you money!
Lose the phone book. Phone books make up almost 10% of waste at dump sites. Stop the delivery of your paper phone book, and use an online directory instead.
Don't take the ATM receipt. ATM receipts are one of the top sources of litter on the planet. Don’t waste paper by taking a receipt - check your statements online instead.
Use the car wash. Commercial car washes often recycle and reuse water. Use a car wash - billions of gallons of water could be saved and billions of gallons of soapy, dirty water could be diverted from possibly entering and polluting rivers, lakes and streams.
Use a water-filter pitcher. Take advantage of the tap water you already pay for and save the environmental cost of transporting bottled water to stores - you'll save money, too!
Re-tire-ment. Old tires can be turned into new products – like playgrounds, athletic facilities, and asphalt. When your tires are no longer cut-out for the road, turn them in so they can be reused.
Steam-free ironing. While you are ironing your clothes, avoid using the steam setting – instead, spray water onto your clothes using a spray bottle. This will reduce your iron’s energy use.
Lush Lawns. Longer grass retains moisture better than short grass. So, let your grass grow an inch or two longer than usual to avoid brown patches and unnecessary watering.
Change a bulb. Save energy and money by switching to ENERGY STAR qualified lightbulbs (available nearly everywhere lightbulbs are sold). This will save energy - and money, too!
