The Local Search Association Recognizes Brandmuscle for Success in Social Media for a Fast-Casual Dining Restaurant Client

Brandmuscle has been named a finalist in The Local Search Association’s Ad-to-Action Award in the Social and Reputation Management category. The entry was for Brandmuscle’s highly-targeted, location-specific social advertising campaign for a national fast-casual dining restaurant targeting millennials.

“Every campaign we execute on behalf of our clients has a specific strategy designed to help them truly own local,” said Paul Elliott, Chief Digital Officer at Brandmuscle. “At the end of the day, our goal is to exceed each client’s expectations by delivering real and measurable business impact through the power of local. We’re excited to be recognized for doing just that for this particular client through the Local Search Association’s award nomination.”

The Social and Reputation Management category is focused on ‘tools that help measure social ROI, facilitate reputation management, drive social engagement, utilize paid vs. organic posts and leverage online reviews.’ Brandmuscle’s click-to-redeem social advertising campaign was executed in support of 35 restaurant locations, with a focus on driving desired foot traffic, consumer engagement and trackable coupon redemption for the emerging fast-casual restaurant chain. The execution consisted of 70 separate social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with hyper-local targeting within geographic zones near the restaurant locations. Campaign creative elements, calls-to-action and incentives encouraged direct response action, social sharing and tagging, further propelling the client's reputation and awareness within the social channels and driving increased sales through coupon redemption.

Award winners will be announced during the LSA17 Conference on February 27 in San Diego.  Elliott will also speak on a panel during the conference on ‘Winning the Last Mile: The Challenges of Localize for Brands.’
