Improved visibility for Waiting For Information status

Our Waiting For Information (WFI) status was designed to request pending information from users. The previous methods of communicating when additional information was needed lacked visibility, resulting in prolonged job statuses and inefficient communication. BrandMuscle has addressed this gap with an improved email notification, equipped with a direct link to the job detail page within the Approval Portal.

Additionally, the default status in the Approval Portal has been updated from “Pending Information” to “All Actionable Items,” which now includes jobs under Waiting For Information status.
